SkilledTradesAi provides AI-generated information, estimates, and educational content for the skilled trades. It is an informational tool only. It is not a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, electrician, plumber, inspector, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing it produces constitutes professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
All quantities, prices, labor figures, totals, quotes, change orders, and invoices generated by the Service are GENERAL, APPROXIMATE ESTIMATES for planning and discussion only. They must never be used as a final decision, a final bid, a basis for ordering materials, a contract price, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every quantity, price, measurement, and calculation with qualified professionals and current supplier pricing before bidding, purchasing, contracting, or building. Material prices change daily and vary by region; AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.
Construction, electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, and structural work can cause serious injury, death, and property damage. AI guidance is no substitute for training, licensure, permits, or inspection. Building code references are general; local codes and the Authority Having Jurisdiction always control. You are responsible for complying with all laws, codes, permit requirements, and licensing requirements, and for engaging licensed professionals where required. Never perform work you are not qualified and legally permitted to perform.
Artificial intelligence is not perfect. The Service can and will sometimes produce answers that are wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, including in estimates, code references, how-to steps, and diagnoses. You accept full responsibility for verifying outputs before relying on them, and you agree that SkilledTradesAi and its operators are not responsible or liable for any error, omission, or mistake in AI-generated content, or for any loss, damage, injury, or cost resulting from reliance on it. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are correct, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilledTradesAi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, cost overruns, property damage, personal injury, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the Service or its outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or fifty dollars ($50) if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to use the Service lawfully; not to rely on it as your sole basis for any bid, purchase, contract, or safety decision; to independently verify outputs before acting on them; to keep your account credentials secure; and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its database.
Paid plans (Pro, Crew, Shop) are billed monthly in advance and RENEW AUTOMATICALLY each month until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active through the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal. Fair-use capacity limits apply to each tier and heavy usage may prompt an upgrade recommendation.
The GPS Time Clock is a record-keeping tool. Employers using it are solely responsible for: obtaining any legally required employee consent for location and photo capture in their jurisdiction; wage-and-hour, overtime, meal-break, mileage-reimbursement, and certified-payroll compliance; and the accuracy of payroll based on these records. Location is captured at punch events only. Mileage figures are GPS-based approximations. SkilledTradesAi is not a payroll processor and timekeeping outputs are not payroll, tax, or legal advice.
You retain ownership of photos, plans, and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service. Do not upload content you lack rights to, or others' personal or confidential information without authorization.
We may modify the Service or these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: info@adultskilledtrades.com.
