Your data and how we protect it

Business owners and school buyers ask the same three questions before they sign. Here are the answers in plain English.

Where does my data live?

Accounts, saved work, conversations, and time clock records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Voice input is converted to text in your browser and the audio is never uploaded or stored.

Who can see it?

Only you and the people on your company or school account that you authorize. Database rules enforce this at the row level: another user's request for your rows returns nothing. Our staff access customer data only to fix a problem you report, and that access is logged.

Is it used to train AI?

No. Your quotes, invoices, logs, and conversations are never used to train models and are never sold or shared with advertisers.

Can I get it out?

Yes. Delete any saved item from your account page at any time, and email info@skilledtradesai.com to export or delete everything. Business and school accounts can request a full data export at any point in the contract.

Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
