Effective July 25, 2026. This describes what we collect, why, and your choices.
Account data: email address and encrypted password (via Supabase authentication). Usage data: tools used, query counts, and timestamps, used for plan limits and improving the Service. Time Clock data (for accounts using it): punch timestamps, GPS coordinates at punch events, identity punch photos, job assignments, hours, and messages, stored for the employer account and visible to the employee it concerns. Content you submit: questions, photos, plans, and documents you upload, processed to generate responses; saved chats are stored to your account until you delete them. Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Analytics: Google Analytics collects standard usage and device data via cookies.
To operate the Service, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve features. AI responses are generated by sending your submitted content to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the processors that run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Google (analytics), and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (map display and approximate-address lookup for Time Clock punches — coordinates only, no identity sent). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
You can delete saved chats from your account, cancel your subscription anytime, and request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing info@adultskilledtrades.com — we respond within 30 days. You can block cookies in your browser; the core Service still works.
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls; no system is perfectly secure. We retain account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after deletion requests, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data; users under 18 should use the Service with parent or guardian consent.
